Terms of use
Last updated September 30, 2026
These terms cover the use of this website and the accounts on it, operated by CARE Logistics, a division of Canadian Appliance Recycling Enterprises Inc.. By tracking a shipment, signing in, or opening a driver link you agree to them. They are about using the site; the terms on which we carry goods are set out in the agreement between CARE and each shipper.
1. Tracking a shipment
- Look up only shipments that are addressed to you, or that you are responsible for as the shipper or as the person receiving them.
- Do not attempt to guess tracking numbers, postal codes or phone digits, or use automated tools to query the tracking service. We rate-limit and log lookups and may block addresses that do so.
- The status, window and proof-of-delivery shown are provided as-is for your information. The record of delivery held by CARE is the authoritative one.
2. Shipper and staff accounts
- An account is personal to the person it was issued to. Do not share your password or let someone else use your sign-in. Ask us for a separate account instead.
- Use a strong password, keep it private, and tell us straight away if you think it has been exposed. Sign-ins from new devices are reported to you by email.
- Shipper accounts may view and use information only about their own shipments and only for delivering, supporting and invoicing those shipments. Consumer details must not be exported for any other purpose.
- Staff use is governed by CARE's internal policies in addition to these terms.
- We may suspend or close an account that is misused, inactive for a long period, or no longer needed.
3. Driver upload links
- A driver link is issued for one route and expires after the job. It must not be forwarded to anyone else.
- Photograph the goods and the point of delivery, not people. Upload only photos and details about the delivery you are recording.
4. Things you must not do
- Access or try to access information about shipments that are not yours.
- Interfere with the site, probe it for weaknesses, or load it in a way designed to disrupt it. If you find a security problem, tell us at [email protected] and give us a reasonable time to fix it.
- Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or unrelated to a delivery.
- Copy, scrape or republish site content other than for tracking your own shipments.
5. Privacy
How we handle personal information, including how to ask for correction or deletion, is set out in our privacy policy.
6. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee it, and we may change or withdraw features. To the extent permitted by law, Canadian Appliance Recycling Enterprises Inc. is not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing here limits the liability for the carriage of goods set out in the agreement with the shipper or under applicable law.
7. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. We may update them; the date at the top shows the current version.
